Popular Peruvian restaurant MANKO opens on Jeddah Walk

The original concept can be found in France. 

Jeddah is fast becoming a dining destination. The city is home to homegrown concepts and celebrity restaurants. Now, it has welcomed the Peruvian meets Asian restaurant, MANKO. Located at Jeddah Walk on Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Street, here’s what you need to know.

The original MANKO can be found in Paris, France. The restaurant is located at Avenue Montaigne and is a sultry spot. The venue includes a bar, restaurant and live entertainment, and already has a firm following. 

MANKO in Jeddah

MANKO Jeddah’s food menu showcases Peruvian cuisine with Asian influences. The menu covers antichuchos, ceviche, ensalada, manko rolls, nigiri, para picar, sashimi, tiraditors and more. Grilled dishes include Churrasco Paris with black Angus steak, Costilla Morada beef ribs, and Pesca Amazonica with fish. Parar picar dishes include a Bao Thai, Empanada, and Quinoa Burger. Anticucho dishes include Carne with grilled beef, Pollo with grilled chicken, and Pulp with grilled octopus.

The beverage menu at MANKO in Jeddah includes a range of mocktails. The Chicha Morada includes pineapple, sour apple and lime juice. The Hanoi includes cucumber, lime juice, pandan leaves and yuzu. The Huacachina includes guava, lime juice, tonka and vanilla.

MANKO Jeddah joins a range of restaurants opening in Jeddah. The Italian restaurant NOTO is making its way from Paris to Jeddah Walk. Villa Fayrouz hails from Kuwait, and can already be found in AlUla and Riyadh. Plus, Ricci San is bringing Japanese cuisine to King Abdul Aziz Road.

The restaurant is open weekdays from 8pm to 1am, and weekends from 8pm to 2am.
